4. What is the voltage and frequency of your diesel generator?

50/60Hz. 380/220V, 400/230V, 415/240V, 6000V, 11000V or as customer require.

5. What is your warranty?

We will warrant our diesel generator for 1000 hours or one year which comes first.

6. What is your MOQ?

MOQ is 1 set.

7. What are your payment terms?

We accept 100% payment by T/T or L/C at sight .

8. What's your delivery time?

3 to 7 working days after we get the down payment.

9. Can you supply OEM, ODM?

Yes, our company can produce against to clients' request.

10. Do you have ATS system?

Yes. It's optional.

11. Where is your factory located?

Our headquarter is in Chengdu City, China.We have 3 owned factories. Located in Fujian, Chongqing and Sichuan Provinces.
